What you receive
A private, unlisted web link to your report on pakkacheck.com, and the same report as a PDF, by email. The free red-flag scan arrives as a short email. Nothing is posted or couriered, so no shipping address is ever needed or collected.
Where it is sent
To the email address you give on the request form, and on WhatsApp as well, to the number Razorpay collects at checkout. Please double-check the address — the report link is sent only to the contact details on the request, and we will not resend it to a different address or number without a confirmation from the original one.

“Confirmation” means the moment we have agreed with you which RERA-registered project (and, if relevant, which tower or unit) you want checked. If a project is one we have checked recently, the report is usually faster. If a government portal we depend on is down — TG-RERA, IGRS, eCourts and e-Jagriti all have outages — we tell you by email the moment it affects your report, and the 72-hour outer limit still stands: if we cannot deliver inside it, you pay nothing and any amount already paid is refunded in full (see Refunds).
What we need from you
The project name or TG-RERA registration number, an email address (the report is delivered to it and opens only for it), payment for the full report, and — if you want the per-unit mortgage check — the tower and floor or flat number you are considering. If we cannot identify the project from what you have sent, the clock starts when we have identified it together.
Access after delivery
The web link stays live for at least 12 months from delivery, and the PDF is yours to keep. A paid report opens for up to three email addresses: yours, plus two people you forward the link to (your spouse, your lawyer, your lender) — each verifies with a one-time code the first time on a device, and you get a short email whenever someone new opens it. A fourth address is refused; write to us if you need it changed. Free scans are open links.
Corrections and updates
If you find a factual error in the report, write to hello@pakkacheck.com within 30 days and we will check it against the source and issue a corrected report free of charge. Government records change; a report is accurate as of the date printed on it, and a re-check of the same project later is a new order.
